SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped via USPS with standard or priority express delivery services. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your shipping confirmation. Also, please note that standard shipping is 5-7 business days and priority express services are 2-3 business days. 

Also, please note that Live Life Journaling is not responsible for lost, stolen, nor delayed packages. The customer is responsible for the correct shipping address and information. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must directly contact the United States Postal Service at 1.800.275.877 or visit the website. Any damaged, stolen, or lost packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.

Live Life Journaling values and strives to satisfy our customers. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final.
